YOUR FIRST STEP

The pre-mediation session is free of charge and not binding on any of the parties. It is a great opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding a mediation and put you in an informed position to consider whether you wish to proceed with the process.

What will be discussed?

  • How the process works: We will explain the process to you step-by-step, from beginning to end.

  • How you are protected: The principles of confidentiality which apply and  how the impartial role of the mediator will protect both parties will be explained.

  • Venue and date: We discuss and agree on a venue, time and date for the mediation to commence.

  • Information: We discuss and agree on any information which the parties want the mediator to consider prior to commencing with the mediation.
